Mission
1. To continuously educate, train and enlighten members, officers and staff in the spirit of cooperativism;
2. To encourage all Ibesaos to become members with good standing of BMPC;
3. To promote an open atmosphere between and among the cooperative officers, members and management staff;
4. To strengthen and establish quality and relevant coop programs and services gearing towards upliftment of the farmer sector;
5. To fully utilize the available internal and external resources towards the social and economic development of the coop and the community; and
6. To continuously maintain linkages with GOs, NGOs, other cooperatives, federations and organizations with similar thrust.
Goals
1. To provide more and better services/benefits to members;
2. To promote delivery of social services to its members and the community;
3. To increase income as evidenced in increased Return on Investments (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Return of Capital (ROC); and,
4. To acquire and maintain adequate facilities and equipments of the cooperative that will enhance quality service delivery.
Strategies
1. Capability building for management staff, officers and members;
2. Enterprise development in accordance to the needs of members and the community;
3. Uphold cooperative principles, values, and cultures relevant in pursuing community development;
4. Institutionalize programs and services beneficial to the members; and
5. Strengthen network with Government Organizations (GOs) and Non-Government Organizations.
